Ejari is the Dubai tenancy contract registration system. The resulting registration certificate may be required for certain transactions, depending on the authority and your case.
Do you provide tenancy support outside Dubai?
Ask us about Abu Dhabi or Sharjah. The relevant emirate’s tenancy registration process applies, and the scope and availability are confirmed separately.
Will the certificate guarantee bank, visa or licensing approval?
No. Each organisation assesses the premises, tenancy, activity and documents under its own requirements. We review the intended use and assist with the agreed preparation.
What documents should I prepare?
Start with the tenancy contract and applicant identification. Representative applications may need authorisation documents. The exact list depends on the submission route and circumstances.
Are official renewal fees included in AED 5,900?
No. The advertised renewal package excludes actual DED or other licensing authority fees. Your written quotation confirms taxes, official charges and all other inclusions.
