Requirement Review
We clarify whether the intended use is commercial or residential, which premises are involved and what the relevant licensing, banking, utility or operational requirement actually asks for.
Private tenancy & office compliance support

Ejari is Dubai Land Department’s system for registering or renewing a tenancy contract in Dubai. DLD identifies its Ejari system, the Dubai REST app and Real Estate Trustee Centres as service channels. vOffice’s role is separate: we help you assess your premises and intended use, organise the document set and prepare for the official process.
We clarify whether the intended use is commercial or residential, which premises are involved and what the relevant licensing, banking, utility or operational requirement actually asks for.
We review the available tenancy contract, identity or company information, authority documents and landlord or property-manager coordination points before the official submission.
Where included in your package, we coordinate office documentation, signage and inspection preparation and guide you to the appropriate official DLD channel or Real Estate Trustee Centre.
We do not promise approval, instant issuance, special access, exemption from eligibility rules or influence over Dubai Land Department or any other authority. Processing depends on the facts, documents, landlord or owner participation, the selected official channel and the reviewing authority.
These are vOffice professional, workspace and coordination services—not government fees and not a sale of an Ejari certificate. We confirm the suitable scope after reviewing your intended use and available documents.
